Black Male Think Tank

Bring, Share, and Process knowledge! The primary purpose of this Black Male Think Tank is to create, develop, and transform ideas into ACTION; to harness the power of intentional thought and critical thinking to conquer injustices and enhance positive efforts toward social justice; to create a brave space for ALL black men to discuss visible and invisible identities; and to increase intellectual capacity and enhance perspectives.

Black Women's Summit

The Black Women’s Summit happens during the month of March as we celebrate Women’s History Month. The summit is geared for female identifying folks to attend, learn more about self and each other in womanhood, while being empowered to shine and be the best they can be.

National Minority Health Month

National Minority Health Month takes place in April.

Real Talk

Real Talk is a weekly, student-facilitated program the happens every Tuesday at 4:00 pm in the B/AACC office (Lory Student Center, 335). Real Talk is intended to be a brave space where students are welcome to share their voice in a variety of major discussions around things such as: Gentrification, Social Stratification, what it’s like to be a QPOC, intersections of identities, current events, pop culture, national news and many other engaging topics.
